Ms Eileen Miamidian brings 16 years of experience as an agricultural
economist in project management of inclusive financial sector
projects and management consulting to Ayani, and currently
leads our Project Management Unit. Her thematic responsibilities
include: transformations, action research, access to finance
in natural disaster situations; access to banking for internally
displaced, returnees, youth and the almost bankable; support
to central bank supervision and microfinance units.
Ms. Miamidian provides key technical support and oversight to Ayani’s
microfinance sector building programs. Her technical assistance
activities include strategic planning, transformation planning
and implementation, delinquency management, internal control systems
and financial management. Additionally, she has designed a series
of training materials and technical guides. Eileen lives in Washington,
DC, after a decade of hands-on microfinance work in Mozambique,
Senegal and Zimbabwe. |
