Ms Haoua Sienta is an experienced microfinance practitioner with product development and capital market expertise, and she is AYANI Survey and training specialist. Her thematic responsibilities include: SME finance, MFI’s, private sector development, Investment banking, and poverty level assessment.

As Technical Advisor in Financial Analysis and Training for Freedom from Hunger in West Africa, Ms. Sienta assisted leading MFIs in the region like, RCPB in Burkina Faso, Kafo Jigenew in Mali, and FUCEC Togo in a collaborative partnership to build their Credit with Education product lines and other innovative products and services in nutrition, health, etc. Ms Sienta also has three years of capital market experience working for PFPC Financial Group, a leading provider of processing, technology and business solutions for the Global Investment Industry in USA.

Haoua holds an MBA in Finance from Wilmington University, Delaware (USA), a certificate in Accounting and Finance from Wharton School, university of Pennsylvania (USA) and a Masters of Sciences with specialization in Econometrics from National School of Administration (ENA) Bamako, Mali.
