Mr Prahlad Mali has over 30 years of experience working in various
microfinance programs and enterprise development programs. Familiar
with many
different donors; Ford Foundation; USAID; and CIDA, Canadian
Centre for International Studies and Cooperation (CECI); and
Save the Children. Experiences include promoting and strengthening
several microfinance methodologies including credit unions, Company,
Community Based Financial Organizations (CBFOs), NGO-MFIs, and
finance companies. Furthermore, it also includes designing and
applying institutional assessment tools, developing new products,
providing technical assistance in a broad range of topics important
to organizational development of financial institutions.
Prahlad
holds a graduate degree in business administration and has received
extensive training on different development finance topics, including
Boulder training. He is providing technical assistance to a microfinance
institution in rural Zambia. |
